Eye Makeup Techniques That Will Get You Noticed

Our eyes say a lot about us as they reveal what we think and what we feel. The window to our souls is open for all to see. It is no wonder that they are the most important part of makeup application. When it comes to the face, the eyes are our focal point. Makeup properly applied should coordinate the colors from the eye shadow down to lipstick.
