Treat Acne Naturally

Acne is an inflammation on the skin that is caused by infection and it seriously bothers almost every one that gets it. There are lots of people who became poor victims of this condition not even a single of them are happy about it and need to treat acne. It makes them feel conscious and not willing to mingle with other people especially with strangers.

Get a cotton ball and dip in into the urine container. Do not soak the cotton ball completely into the urine just soak it enough for one end of the cotton ball to be wet. Gently rub the cotton ball into the acne affected area and even acne scars. Let it dry and stay in the skin for while until urine is fully absorbed by the skin for optimal results. Wash it off after 30 minutes and proceed with other normal skin care rituals. Repeat this process twice a day or even do it at night before going to sleep. It can also be kept on overnight for best results.

As we all know, the urine's odor is very bad and those who are sensitive and have allergies should not use urine in any treatment methods. Though Urotherapy is very popular because of its claimed effects, there is no basis scientifically that has proven that urine is the best way to get rid of acne or able to get rid of acne scars. Urine contains waste proteins from the body that are considered to contain some properties of healing. But the proteins that are present in urine can also be found in the food's original form.

If you want to get rid of acne fast, you will do anything possible to handle the situation fast. It may be possible for urine to help you, but there may be better alternatives that may work a lot better, but if you are in a pinch, why not give this a try to treat acne?

If it is really the protein content of the urine that heals the acne and treats other skin issues, the natural form of the food can be used instead of the smelly urine. The one thing that is for sure is that if you put urine on your face, it would be wise to keep that to your self. Don't tell anyone, unless you want to be known as the person that puts pee on one's face to treat acne or ridiculed for the rest of your life.
